Near the conclusion of Tuesday night’s second presidential “town-hall” style debate, a questioner from the audience asked each candidate what he would do if Iran attacked Israel. Both candidates gave somewhat vague replies, focusing on the traditionally close relationship between the United States and Israel. In any event, if Iran ever attacks Israel, other than through its Lebanon-based surrogate Hezbollah, it will be with nuclear-tipped missiles, in which case Israel will be obliterated before the United States can respond.
The more pertinent question for the candidates is, “What will you do if and when Israel carries out a preemptive attack on Iranian nuclear facilities?” At that point both deterrence and appeasement will have failed.

This looks like a great site!
Hey Matey, do I know you? Didn't you use to post comments at Joel's site?
You know that I know you and I like the format here too. Now we have to get the word out and about!
I see where Bibi has asked the Shas not join with the current administration of Israel and I am praying for their common senses to be awakened to the danger in appeasement with Abbas and Hamas.
Check in with you later,
WJM
Mac, Is this a good place to ask questions about what's happening in the middle east and how it affects everyone on the planet?
Mac,
I especially like the links that you have listed!
May God bless this new blog! And may it be used to lift up our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
All glory and honor to our God and King. Amen.
Hi kids,
Sheila and Judy alerted me to this new blog that Mac set up.
Is something going on at the cave that required another blog to be started up? Is this the new main meeting place? Just wondering.
Sorry I have been so scarce for most of this year. I have stopped in at the cave from time to time to read but I haven't posted in a while. I think about everyone a lot and I plan on becoming more of a regular attender and participater now and in the future if that's ok with all of you. I know that there is plenty to talk about now, maybe more than ever before.
Hey everyone, Judy and Shelia sent me an email stating a new blogspot was opened up by Mac. Hi Mac. And I was wondering what was going on, and why a new one is up? Something going on over on the other one I need to praying about/for? Sorry I havent been around/posting.
God Bless
Stacy

Hey all of you good looking, smart, and up to date friends, I just found out what Blogger means by becoming a "Follower", as GT, Jim G, and myself have done.
This is from Blogger Help Center:
"What is Following?
Do you have a favorite blog and want to let the author and readers know that you are a fan? Well now you can do that and more with the Blogger Following feature! You can even keep track of the blogs you follow via your Reading List on the Blogger dashboard.
How do I become a Follower of a blog?
There are several ways to become a follower of a blog. One of the easiest ways is to visit a blog that has added the Following widget and click on the "Follow this Blog" link under the "Followers" widget:
You'll then see a pop up window with the options to either follow publicly or anonymously:
Select how you'd like to follow the blog, then click the orange "Follow" button. It is that simple, you are now a follower of the blog! If you elected to follow the blog publicly, your profile picture will be displayed on the blog with a link to your Blogger profile (Note: The widget may not show all followers of the blog. If this is the case all followers will be linked from the widget). When you become a follower of a blog, the blog will also be added to your Reading List on your Blogger dashboard. Additionally, you can become a follower of any blog or URL (even if the blog doesn't have the Followers widget) by adding the blog to your Reading List on the dashboard.
How to remove yourself from following a blog
The easiest way to remove yourself from following a blog is to visit the blog, and click "Stop Following" under the Following widget on the blog.
You will then see a pop-up window to confirm your action. Click the orange "Stop Following" button and you will be removed from following the blog. If the blog doesn't have a Followers widget, you can still stop following the blog. To do so, go to the "Blogs I'm Following" tab under your Reading List on your dashboard.
Then click the blue "Manage" button. You will then see a list of all the blogs that you are following. To stop following a blog, click on the trash icon next to the blog you want to stop following.
You also have the option to change how you'd like to follow the blog (publicly or anonymously) from the drop-down menu.
Lastly, following a blog will create a subscription to the blog in your Google Reader account.
How to grow your audience with Following
The Followers widget is a great tool to help you grow your blog's audience. Readers often visit a blog and enjoy it but fail to return. With the followers widget you can get all readers to return and become a fan. We highly recommend that you write a post about your followers widget and encourage all readers to become a follower. Additionally you should put your followers widget at the top of your sidebar so more readers will notice it. Many readers ignore sidebar items so by writing a post about your followers widget and moving the widget to the top of your sidebar, you will inevitably grow your audience.

Grany,
Huh?
Widgets, no less.
I thought widgets, were from the movie, How To Succeed in Business, Without Really Trying." (or something like that.
It's an old movie :)
Stacy,
I've missed reading your comments, along with your Scripture readings A LOT!!!
Please, come back and post, okay?
Love to all,
Marge
P.S. I'm not a blonde for nothing, Grany :)
Marge are you saying there is price that has to be paid for your blondness? Hehehehehehehehe!
I can't do the Davey things with the Mahah stuff. I can't remember what all is involved in it. So I will just stick with the easy things.
On a serious note, here is a
I forgot what the news link was about but it seems it's from Debka.com and concerning Syria having peace talks with Israel in this past May and all the while, they were making deals with Russia over sophisticated weapons.
I am getting too old for this stuff but I love it and all of you guys too. Have any of you talked with Child of the King recently? I am hoping she has her new computer up and running because Dr. Fruct has a new offer on Footsteps of the Messiah that is downloadable to our computers hard drive and the price is fantastic. It is the newest edition with all of his updates and notes of interest. If any of you talk with her, would you please tell her about it? I appreciate if very much.
Grany
